Sam focuses his real estate business in North Brooklyn. He’s not running between Astoria and Southern Brooklyn, miles and hours from each other, and because of that, he knows the market he works in extremely well. He has been inside of many apartments in the neighborhoods he focuses in over the course of his five year career and has his hand on the pulse of the ever-changing real estate market.
Also, because he lives in the neighborhood, he’s never far from the properties he shows. He is almost always available to facilitate a last minute showing if the need arises. He says “almost always available” because, like everyone else, he takes a day off here and there, to enjoy other various activities (activities which are highlighted in the section “when he’s not slingin’ real estate).

You deserve to be updated about how things are going. You won’t give Sam a listing and then never hear from him. He will keep you updated on the progress of the listing, relay all feedback about what potential buyers and sellers are saying about the property, and tell you what may need to be done to ensure you get the listing rented or sold in an appropriate time frame.
