About Sam

As of 2024, nearly eight years experience listing property across Bushwick, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Bed-Stuy

I became a Williamsburg resident in 2013, and when I began my real estate career in 2017, I wanted work as much as possible in my own back yard.

Williamsburg, and the surrounding neighborhoods, are strong markets, where rents and prices are always increasing. Get in touch with me to hear how much I think you may be able to sell or rent your property for.

I have worked with EXR for almost all eight years of my real estate career. Our main office is in Bed-Stuy.

I did work for Corcoran in 2019 for a few months, but quickly realized that EXR – founded in Williamsburg in 2014 – was a better fit for me. Click here for EXR’s about page.

I specialize as a listing agent for sellers and landlords.

I almost always work on the listing side of the market. I handle all marketing, showings, paperwork, and communicate with you routinely on how the selling or renting of your property is going.

In my spare time…

I like to bike. Here I am at the end of a long ride: I had started in Williamsburg and ended in Montauk. (I did it over the course of two days)

Here I pose with a box of chicken tenders n fries at Yankee Stadium. I’m a big Yankee fan and make trips to the stadium a handful of times each year.

Like anyone, I enjoy traveling. Here, I take an exceptionally close selfie in Reykjavik, Iceland, in April 2022.
